Luxurious Waterfront Residential Development Coming to Dubai's South Bay

Upon completion, South Bay will epitomize luxury living, featuring over 800 villas and townhouses, 200+ lavish waterfront mansions, a 1-kilometer lagoon, multiple beaches, extensive waterfront promenades with cafes, a clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness centres, lush parks, and a shopping mall among other ammenities.

Dubai South Properties has awarded Al Kharafi Construction Company with the task of constructing phases three, four, and five of its prestigious South Bay project, nestled within the Residential District adjacent to Expo Road.


Valued at $408 million (AED1.5 billion), this contract encompasses the development of these three phases, set to be completed by Q1 2027. Phase four will boast 138 units, ranging from three to seven bedrooms, including villas and opulent waterfront mansions.


Upon completion, South Bay will epitomize luxury living, featuring over 800 villas and townhouses, 200+ lavish waterfront mansions, a 1-kilometer lagoon, extensive waterfront promenades, chic cafes, pristine beaches, recreational facilities such as a clubhouse and fitness centers, verdant parks, upscale shopping destinations, indulgent spas, children's clubs, water parks, swimming pools, serene lake parks, and secluded private beaches.


Dubai South Properties' CEO, Nabil Al Kindi, expressed confidence in the selected contractor's ability to realize this vision, emphasizing the project's allure due to its prime location and upscale amenities. Additionally, Al Kindi announced an upcoming project tailored to meet the demand for high-quality apartments, further enriching the Residential District's offerings.


With over 25,000 residents already enjoying the Residential District's gated communities, South Bay's expansion promises an unparalleled living experience, characterized by refined luxury and unparalleled amenities.
